Establishment Self-Assessment Service in Saudi Arabia | Motaded

HR Services

End-to-end management of the establishment self-assessment file on the ims.qiwa.sa platform — from pre-assessment preparation through findings closure and official certificate issuance.

Service overview

We provide a specialised service to manage the annual self-assessment for establishments subject to the Qiwa platform and Ministry of Human Resources regulations. The scope covers reviewing the regulatory status before the official window, running the assessment on ims.qiwa.sa on behalf of the establishment, interpreting the report, managing the correction period, and re-running the assessment after findings are closed to secure the highest possible compliance score.

The service integrates with the wider government compliance stack, including the Mudad Wage Protection platform, the Muqeem Iqama renewal platform, and ZATCA tax compliance, to ensure comprehensive compliance with no regulatory gaps.

Objectives

1. Achieve the highest possible compliance score for the establishment before the January regulatory window closes each year.
2. Avoid statutory fines and unannounced inspection visits by closing findings within the three-month correction period.
3. Improve the establishment's Nitaqat classification and strengthen its credibility in government tenders and commercial qualification processes.

Steps to Obtain

Step 1: Pre-Assessment and Regulatory Status Review

We run a full assessment simulation at least two months before January, reconciling data on the Qiwa platform service against actual contracts, payroll records on Mudad, and Iqama status on Muqeem — surfacing gaps early.

Step 2: Executing the Official Assessment on ims.qiwa.sa

Our specialist team runs the official assessment on the platform on behalf of the establishment during the January window (1-31 January), issues the official report, and reviews findings with the employer.

Step 3: Managing the Correction Period and Re-Assessment

We manage the three-month correction period through a weekly plan to address findings, then run the re-assessment on the platform to raise the final compliance score and secure the certificate.
