Conditions

To maintain affordability and operational sustainability, the Saudization Service follows these conditions:

▸  Experience level: 1 year maximum (entry-level only)

▸  Salary: minimum legal Saudization salary of SAR 4,000/month

▸  Each Saudi national is contracted separately

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum monthly billing?

No. We do not impose a minimum. Even a single founder with one employee pays only for that employee. This keeps Motaded accessible to startups.

Is VAT included in the price?

No. All prices exclude 15% VAT. VAT will be added to the invoice at the time of billing.

Can I upgrade or downgrade between packages?

Yes. You can change packages at the start of any billing month with 30 days' written notice. The new pricing applies to all employees from the next billing cycle.

Can I add a Saudi national for Nitaqat without upgrading my package?

Yes. The Saudization Service is a standalone add-on available with any package. Add as many Saudi nationals as you need to reach your target Nitaqat tier — each Saudi national billed separately at SAR 7,000/month.

What if I have a mix of Saudi and expat employees?

All employees in your package — Saudi or expat — are billed at the same package rate. The Saudization Service is separate and applies only when Motaded provides the Saudi national from our talent pool to raise your Nitaqat tier.

What's the contract length?

Standard contracts are 12 months. Early termination requires 60 days' written notice. Pricing is reviewed annually.
