ZATCA’s travelers declaration manual describes when and how to declare cash, precious metals, jewelry, commercial goods, and restricted items on entering or leaving Saudi Arabia via the e-declaration service. Travelers and family offices use it to avoid penalties on amounts above SAR 60,000 (or equivalent) and to prepare ownership evidence if requested at the border.
